At Mama in Time-out, we specialize in bringing timeless elegance to your events with our stunning flower walls. Our comprehensive service includes hassle-free transportation, seamless setup, and breakdown of the flower wall, allowing you to focus on creating unforgettable moments. With rental pricing per hour, you can customize the duration to perfectly suit your event needs. Elevate any occasion, from weddings to corporate gatherings, with our enchanting floral backdrops that add a touch of sophistication and charm. It features a lush, dense arrangement of 2,000 hand-dyed wood flowers in powder pink, soft white, and mauve colors, creating a beautiful effect. The meticulous hand-assembly of the flowers adds to its natural and elegant look. The wall measures 7ft wide x 7ft tall making the perfect backdrop of a variety of occasions.
Terms and Conditions
Pricing and date availability is guaranteed when the agreement is signed, a credit card authorization is filled, and a 50% non-refundable deposit is paid. Full payment will be due four (4) weeks before your scheduled event. Custom Rentals require 100% payment. Some items may be ordered or customized just for your order. These orders may not be changed within six (6) weeks of your event. We will deliver, set up, take down, and pick up. You may not disassemble our rentals. This is to prevent damage to our equipment. Clients and event coordinators are NOT permitted to attach anything to our walls. All rentals have a minimum four (4) hour time duration, each additional hour past the four (4) hour minimum will incur a fee of $75.00 per hour. Our latest pick-up time is 12:00a.m. and any additional hour past 12:00a.m will incur a fee of $95.00 per hour which will be charged to the credit card on file the following day. Renter assumes full responsibility for item(s) upon possession and agrees to pay full replacement cost for lost or damaged items. Damages will be charged to the credit card on file. Please be sure all equipment is secured from abuse, misuse, protected from the weather, and smoking. Please be aware that once the contract is signed, and your event date scheduled, all other clients have been refused your specific rentals and services for your event date, and thus the 50% deposit is non-refundable and all other payments are non-refundable within four (4) weeks of your event. ***Additional details will be included in your full rental agreement.***
